These terms govern the use of the CarnetFlow app and the carnetflow.com website, owned by Aleksei Potashev, Tax ID (NIF) Z1277417W, Calle Doctor Zamenhof 22, 2B, 28027 Madrid, Spain, contact email team@carnetflow.com. By creating an account or using the service you accept these terms.
CarnetFlow is a private study tool for the Spanish Permiso B theory exam: question banks, mock exams in the official format, explanations, flashcards and a study plan that adapts to your results.
CarnetFlow is not affiliated with, endorsed by or authorised by the Dirección General de Tráfico (DGT) or any public authority. Questions are based on the official syllabus but are not the questions of the real exam, and they do not replace training at a driving school.
All purchases are made through the Apple App Store, which acts as seller and handles billing.
As a consumer you have 14 calendar days to withdraw from a distance contract. Because this is digital content available immediately, by confirming the purchase you expressly request that performance begins and acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal once it has been fully performed (Art. 103(m) of the Spanish Consumer Protection Act). In any case you may request a refund from Apple, which will decide under its policies.
You may not copy, bulk-extract or redistribute the content, reverse engineer the app, automate access, or use the service commercially without our written permission.
The design, texts, explanations, the CarnetFlow brand and the software belong to Aleksei Potashev or its licensors. You receive a personal, revocable, non-transferable licence to use the app for study purposes.
We work to keep the content correct and up to date, but we do not guarantee that you will pass the exam, nor that the service will be free of errors or interruptions. You can report any incorrect question from within the app.
Our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the event giving rise to it. Nothing here excludes liability that the law does not allow to be excluded, including your statutory consumer rights.
We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms or compromise the security of the service, notifying you by email unless the law prevents it.
We may update these terms. The current version is always on this page with its date; material changes will be announced by email with reasonable notice.
Spanish law applies. If you are a consumer, you may bring proceedings before the courts of your domicile. Before that, please write to team@carnetflow.com — we will try to resolve the matter directly. You may also contact the consumer authorities of your region or the Spanish consumer arbitration system.
