The content, the CarnetFlow brand, the design and the software belong to Aleksei Potashev or its licensors. Reproduction, distribution or transformation without written permission is prohibited, except for the personal use the service provides for.

4. Liability

The owner is not liable for misuse of the content and does not guarantee the complete absence of errors or interruptions. CarnetFlow is a private study tool and is not affiliated with the Dirección General de Tráfico or any public administration; its content does not replace driving school training or the official rules published in the BOE.

Where the site links to third-party pages, the owner does not control and accepts no responsibility for their content.

6. Data protection and cookies

7. Governing law

Spanish law applies. For any dispute, where the user is a consumer, the courts of their domicile shall have jurisdiction.
