In the app: Progress → Reset progress. This clears everything learned on this device and cannot be undone, because we keep no copy on any server.

Progress lives on the device only: there are no accounts and no cloud copy, so it does not travel between phones. That is the flip side of never asking you for personal data.
The leaderboard runs on Game Center, an Apple service. Check that you are signed in under iPhone Settings → Game Center. The app works in full without it; joining is optional.
Write to us with the sign and what looks wrong. Signs and their meanings come from the official catalogue published in the BOE; if we confirm a mistake, we fix it in the next update.
