In short: the app collects no personal data. There are no accounts, no sign-up, no analytics, no advertising and no tracking. Everything you learn stays on your device.
None. The app never asks for your name, email, phone number or any other identifying detail, and it sends nothing to any server of ours. We use no advertising identifiers and no analytics tools, and we build no profiles.
This lives only in the app's local storage. We never read it or receive it. Delete the app and it goes with it. You can also clear it at any time from Progress → Reset progress.
If you choose to join the leaderboard, the app submits two numbers to Game Center: how many signs you have mastered this week and how many in total. Game Center is an Apple service, covered by Apple's privacy policy. Your nickname and photo on the leaderboard are handled by Apple, not by us. The app works in full without Game Center and never forces you to sign in.
The daily reminder is a local notification scheduled by your own device. There is no push server and nothing leaves the phone. You can turn it off in the app's settings or in system settings.
The app may offer to open or install CarnetFlow, our theory test app. Tapping that link opens the App Store or the app itself; none of your data is passed along in that step.
The sign artwork comes from the official catalogue published in the BOE (Real Decreto 465/2025) and from Wikimedia Commons, under free licences. Authorship and licences are listed inside the app, under Progress → Sources.
The app is rated 4+ and is safe at any age, precisely because it collects no data from anyone.
The General Data Protection Regulation gives you rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection. Since we process none of your personal data, there is nothing on our side to access or erase. If anything is unclear, write to team@carnetflow.com. You may also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
If the app ever starts processing data, we will update this page before that change reaches the App Store, with a new date in the header.
